Tungsten alloy rod's main applications:
Tungsten alloy rod with high density, high melting point, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent ductility, easy processing, good shock resistance, extremely high radiation absorption capacity, excellent impact resistance and crack resistance, and non-toxic environmental protection characteristics, has a wide range of applications.

Can be used for dart billets, oil detector weight rod, applications on aircraft, ships, nuclear submarine in the gyro rotor, counterweight parts; and the balance weight in the engine. Tungsten alloy rods can also be used for radiation shielding devices in radiological medicine, and for gamma source protection devices in geological exploration.

Tungsten alloy swaged rod is made of tungsten alloy rod by forging. after a series of thermal mechanical treatment, the mechanical properties of the rod are greatly improved. Generally, the ultimate tensile strength of tungsten alloy rods is 920 MPa and the hardness is 25HRC. However, after swaging, the ultimate tensile strength could be 1200MPa and the hardness could be 35HRC. We can even achieve to 40HRC at 1400 MPa. Excellent performance and stability are widely used in machining tool shank and military fields.
