1.Extremely High Hardness and Wear Resistance: The hardness of the inserts can reach 86~93 HRA at room temperature (approximately 69~81 HRC). Their wear resistance is 5 to 80 times that of high-speed steel, allowing them to stay sharp for extended periods.
2.Excellent Red Hardness (Hot Hardness): They maintain high hardness (about 60 HRC) even at high temperatures of 800~1000°C. This permits high-speed cutting (with cutting speeds up to several hundred times that of carbon steel), significantly enhancing machining efficiency.
